Popular restaurant with full planning permission for conversion

The 0.2 acre site sits within a conservation area and overlooks the beautiful 15th century Holy Trinity Church in the centre of town.

Considered somewhat of a hidden gem, Loddon lies within the bounds of The Broads National Park just 12 miles south-east of Norwich.
