Auction House Cumbria excelled in the sale of our partially renovated property. The guide price was correctly set to stimulate interest and ultimately achieved a sale price above that recommended by other local estate agents but without the stress of prolonged negotiations and completion was achieved within seven weeks of our initial enquiry. Selling via auction was totally new to us but the process was seamless and hassle free (although nail biting on the actual day of the auction).
