I’m not a cash buyer. Can I still buy at auction?

You don't need to be a cash buyer to buy property at auction. You do however, need have the funds available on the day of the auction for any deposits or applicable fees you may have to pay. As well as the remaining balance for completion which can be as little as 14 to 28 days later. Many of our buyers purchase with finance provided by lenders, this can include buying at a property auction with a mortgage.
