ADDENDUM Since publication of the auction particulars, the seller has advised that Mooring 8A and the adjoining mooring have been subject to an historic occupational arrangement. The written agreement provided by the seller was for a fixed term which has expired. The occupiers have nevertheless remained in occupation and the seller has continued to accept payment, most recently receiving an aggregate sum of £8,000 in respect of the two moorings. The legal status and enforceability of the continuing occupational arrangement have not been determined. Accordingly, the statement within the original particulars that the property is offered with vacant possession is withdrawn and prospective purchasers should not assume that vacant possession will be available on completion. A copy of the historic agreement is included within the Legal Pack and prospective purchasers must satisfy themselves, with the benefit of their own legal advice, as to the nature and effect of the existing occupational arrangements prior to bidding. All other information remains unchanged.
