CORONAVIRUS (COVID 19) UPDATE:

During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our auctions have been carried out as Live Stream auction events and this shall continue until further notice.

We have recently re-introduced our 'Open House' viewings. The viewing time for a property can be found on the property particulars and the site shall be updated weekly with the next available times. Due to the current situation, open viewings may be need to be cancelled at short notice. If this is the case, we shall endeavour to remove the viewing time from our website as soon as possible, however we recommend that you contact our office on the day of the viewing to confirm that the viewing will still be going ahead. Prospective purchasers are advised that it is unlikely that internal viewings shall be held for properties which are occupied. In the interests of safety for our clients and colleagues, we ask that viewers do not attend a viewing should they be displaying any Coronavirus symptoms.

As always throughout the pandemic, our team can still be contacted as usual via the telephone and via email. Our office also remains open, however anyone wishing to visit our office MUST telephone ahead to arrange an appointment. Our team may be able to deal with the matter through alternative methods, such as through email, where appropriate. If an office visit is required, visitors are advised to wear a face covering.
